El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza sobre la elección democrática de Magistrados en Bolivia, partiendo de un proceso de análisis general del proceso de preselección, para lo cual se ha partido de una situación problémica que identifica falencias observadas y prioriza el aspecto referente al proceso de preselección de los magistrados siendo el objetivo transparentar, despolitizar el mismo a fin de el cumplimiento de la ley y el ejercicio pleno de los derechos fundamentales de los estantes y habitantes del Estado The present research is carried out on the democratic election of Judges in Bolivia, starting from a process of general analysis of the pre-selection process, for which a problematic situation has been established that identifies observed failures and prioritizes the aspect related to the process of Preselection of the magistrates with the objective of transparent, depoliticizing the same in order to comply with the law and the full exercise of the fundamental rights of the shelves and inhabitants of the State
