Al analizar los factores que dificulta la aplicación de la categoría plurinacional comunitario entorno a la construcción de una nueva jurisprudencia que haga posible una adecuada aplicación de dicha categoría. Para desarrollar dicho trabajo de investigación se empleó la metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa, las primera nos sirvió para medir los porcentajes y a partir de ello identificar las corrientes de los actores jurídicos respecto a la aplicación de la referida categoría en la construcción de la nueva jurisprudencia When analyzing the factors that make difficult the application of the plurinational Community category around the construction of a new jurisprudence that makes possible an appropriate application of this category. To develop this research work was used the quantitative and qualitative methodology, the first served us to measure the percentages and from this to identify the currents of the legal actors with respect to the application of the said category in the construction of the new jurisprudence
