El presente trabajo muestra algunos de los errores e increíbles desaciertos que la actual Ley de organización judicial, ha cometido cuando ha incorporado al poder judicial el tribunal jurisdiccional contencioso-tributario. Ante dicha incorporación, hecha al parecer, sin un estudio de fondo sobre el tema, la jurisdicción contencioso - tributaria ha quedado en una situación tan sui géneris, que las dudas al respecto están flotando, sobre todo cuando se han abrogado disposiciones que no deberían haberse abrogado The present work shows some of the errors and incredible mistakes that the current Law of judicial organization has committed when it has incorporated to the judicial power the contentious-tax jurisdictional court.
