El presente trabajo está desarrollado en el marco del cumplimiento de la constitución política del estado plurinacional, donde las naciones y pueblos indígena originaria campesina (NyPIOC), por su permanente lucha de generación en generación, lograron establecer en la constitución política del estado (2006-2009), la jurisdicción indígena originaria campesina (JIOC), como un derecho legítimo legado desde sus antepasados.
La jurisdicción indígena originaria campesina, a partir de la aprobación de la nueva constitución política de estado, se impone como un nuevo paradigma dentro la constitución política del estado, porque nos muestra el norte, el nuevo camino, el Qhapaq Ñan el verdadero Sara Thaki (camino correcto), de una justicia plural que muy bien puede reconducir a la reconstitución del sistema de justicia en el estado plurinacional de Bolivia The present work is developed within the framework of the fulfillment of the political constitution of the plurinational state, where the native peasant nations and peoples (NyPIOC), by their permanent struggle from generation to generation, succeeded in establishing in the political constitution of the state (2006- 2009), indigenous peasant indigenous jurisdiction (JIOC), as a legitimate right bequeathed from their ancestors.
The native indigenous peasant jurisdiction, from the approval of the new political constitution of state, imposes itself as a new paradigm within the political constitution of the state, because it shows the north, the new road, the Qhapaq Ñan the true Sara Thaki ( Right path), a plural justice that can very well lead to the reconstitution of the justice system in the plurinational state of Bolivia
