En el presente trabajo se realizó la propuesta de un programa complementario para incorporar la formación moral y de ética profesional en el futuro ingeniero industrial, buscando contribuir a su formación integral, por lo que se trabajo sobre dos componentes principales del proceso educativo: docente y estudiante. Para completar la formación del estudiante, considerando la realidad de la carrera actualmente, se propone la incorporación de un tema transversal de ética para las asignaturas de especialidad propias de la ingeniería industrial. Así mismo para comenzar a tratar el tema de la conducta ética del docente, se propone un conjunto de normas de conducta ética para docentes de la carrera ya que la conducta ética el docente cumple un papel muy importante para la formación integral del estudiante, es a través de sus actos que puede influir y convertirse en un buen modelo a seguir In the present work the proposal of a complementary program to incorporate the moral and professional ethics formation in the future industrial engineer, seeking to contribute to its integral formation was carried out, reason why work was done on two main components of the educative process: teacher and student .
