Mediante la solicitud de comunarios de la zona de Kora Kora - Lechuguillas se hizo la petición para el diseño del proyecto: "Apertura nueva circunvalación tramo I", con tal motivo se procedió a la inspección donde se vio la necesidad de realizar dicho proyecto para mejorar el ingreso a las diferentes comunidades del lugar, mejorando la transitabilidad vehicular, ya que se tiene entrada y salida de volquetas constantemente y el ancho actual de la vía no es suficiente.
