El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla la problemática en el ámbito del derecho constitucional que analiza el contexto de la niñez desde el alcance que concibe el interés superior del niño; para que, a partir del paradigma doctrinal de protección integral del niño, el bloque de constitucionalidad y lo de derechos fundamentales se obtengan criterios interpretativos que resguarden y otorguen seguridad jurídica a las medidas asumidas This research work develops the problematic in the field of constitutional law that analyzes the context of childhood from the point of view of the best interests of the child; so that, based on the doctrinal paradigm of integral protection of the child, the block of constitutionality and the block of fundamental rights, interpretative criteria are obtained that safeguard and grant legal security to the measures assumed.
