El estudio corresponde a un Diseño Cuantitativo, Transversal, descriptivo; el universo estuvo conformado por licenciadas y auxiliares de Enfermería que trabajan en el Hospital Obrero Nº 7 - C.N.S., con un total de 67 enfermeras. Se utilizó cuestionarios de ochenta criterios distribuidos en forma aleatoria para las variables: Liderazgo, Motivación, Reciprocidad y Participación The study corresponds to a quantitative, transverse, descriptive design; The universe was made up of graduates and auxiliary nurses working at the Hospital Obrero Nº 7 - C.N.S., with a total of 67 nurses. Questionnaires of eighty criteria were randomly distributed for the variables: Leadership, Motivation, Reciprocity and Participation
