| Sumario, etc, | La firma digital o electrónica es un nuevo medio para dar autenticidad al documento electrónico o digital en las notarías. Pero la aceptación y utilización de la firma digital en la función notarial requiere que la legislación boliviana tenga las bases jurídicas que regulen la utilización de la firma digital en la función notarial, otorgándole la misma validez y eficacia jurídica que el uso de una firma manuscrita u otra análoga que conlleve manifestación de voluntad. Se llevo a cabo una investigación documental jurídica descriptiva - analítica para analizar jurídicamente el estado actual de la legislación boliviana en materia de firma digital y cómo la normativa jurídica respalda el uso de la firma digital en la función notarial con la validez y eficacia jurídica de una firma manuscrita. |
