La presente investigación se inicio a partir de una identificación temática con una lectura comprometida entre la comunicación y los procesos de desarrollo humano. El Objeto de estudio se identificó a partir de la labor informativa de Enlared, los actores participantes, los mensajes emitidos en el AVIM y en otros medios tomando como fuente la AVIM. Dichos componentes del Derecho a la información (sujetos, medios y contenidos) fueron articulados con sus facultades (informar, recibir e investigar)

The present investigation started from a thematic identification with a compromised reading between the communication and the processes of human development. The study object was identified based on the information work of Enlared, the participating actors, the messages issued in the AVIM and in other media taking as a source the AVIM. These components of the Right to information (subjects, means and contents) were articulated with their faculties (inform, receive and investigate)
