En la conformación de un mandato intervienen el mandante y el mandatario, el primero que lo otorga y el segundo que lo recibe. si bien es cierto que normalmente a una persona natural pueden otorgarle un mandato otra persona natural o una persona jurídica, no es menos cierto que también es posible la pluralidad de una o ambas partes que necesariamente intervienen en el otorgamiento del mandato
