La historia reciente en nuestro país aun no fue escrita, ello se hará en el devenir del tiempo en que seguramente se tomarán en cuenta documentos que yacen en los archivos y bibliotecas o tal vez consultando a los personajes que han participado o conocido hechos de manera directa. La narración efectuada por quienes presencian los hechos y además tienen la lectura de la situación permite enriquecer una investigación sobre hechos de connotación para la sociedad, esa es precisamente la situación del investigador que presenta este trabajo

The recent history in our country has not yet been written, this will be done in the course of the time in which documents that lie in the archives and libraries will probably be taken into account or perhaps by consulting the characters who have participated or known facts directly . The narrative made by those who witness the facts and also have the reading of the situation allows to enrich an investigation of facts of connotation for society, that is precisely the situation of the researcher who presents this work
