La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la presunción de filiación inserta en el articulo 65 de la Constitución Política del Estado, específicamente para determinar su la aplicación de este precepto constitucional al tratar de proteger integral y objetivamente el derecho a la identidad de los niños niñas y adolescentes, podría tener consecuencias negativas, como por ejemplo vulnerar derechos constitucionales y causar negativas, como por ejemplo vulnerar derechos constitucionales y causar un ambiente de inseguridad jurídica de las personas indicadas como supuestos progénitos
