En la ciudad de Sucre el incremento de estudiantes que terminan el bachillerato aumenta año tras año y no todos los individuos que conforman esta población logran una plaza en la universidad para seguir su formación académica. Es por esta razón que muchos optan por estudiar carreras a nivel técnico que ofertan los diferentes institutos de la ciudad de Sucre
In the city of Sucre the increase of students who finish high school year increases year after year and not all the individuals that conform this population manage a place in the university to follow its academic formation. It is for this reason that many opt to study careers at a technical level offered by the different institutes of the city of Sucre
