Considerando que existe una discrepancia entre la realidad del art. 541 del código de procedimiento civil cuya normatividad olvida al adjudicatario y la aspiración de que el mismo no resulte perjudicado por circunstancias ajenas a su persona se efectúa el presente trabajo de investigación, a partir de la formulación de la siguiente pregunta científica: ¿El vacío del art. 541 del C.P.C., vulnera el contrato de compraventa y causa perjuicio económico al adjudicatario del bien?

Considering that there is a discrepancy between the reality of art. 541 of the code of civil procedure whose regulations forget the successful bidder and the aspiration that the same is not harmed by circumstances beyond his or her own, the present research is carried out, starting with the formulation of the following scientific question: art. 541 of the C.P.C, violates the contract of sale and causes economic damage to the successful bidder?
