La presente investigación se enmarcó en el estudio de las diferentes actividades de cosecha y post cosecha del tomate a nivel del campo y su influencia sobre la vida útil. El objetivo es analizar y caracterizar los efectos de las buenas prácticas agrícolas en cosecha y post cosecha de tomate a partir de los efectos directos e indirectos que inciden actualmente en la pérdida de la vida útil del tomate
The present investigation was framed in the study of the different activities of harvest and post harvest of the tomato at field level and its influence on the useful life. The objective is to analyze and characterize the effects of good agricultural practices in tomato harvesting and post harvesting from the direct and indirect effects that currently affect the loss of tomato life
