Presentamos ante la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional y ante toda la institucionalidad del Estado, el informe de gestión de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Ley 064 de 5 de diciembre de 2010, el cual esta conformado por los siguientes capítulos:
Despúes de la presentación, el Capítulo II, da a conocer los objetivos, misión, visión, valores y principios que tiene la Procuraduría General del Estado, así como su estructura orgánica; en el capítulo III, se desarrolla las actividades de defensa legal del Estado, realizadas por mi persona como procurador general del Estado, labores que fueron divididas en dos partes, la primera que detalla las actividades en el ámbito internacional y la segunda en el ámbito nacional; el capítulo IV, titula "La Patria no se vende, se defiende", describe las diferentes actividades desarrolladas por la Procuraduría General del Estado, en la demanda marítima interpuesta contra Chile ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia, de igual manera se detalla las acciones realizadas en defensa legal de los Manantiales del Silala, y finalmente las actividades realizadas ante la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), por el derecho de libre tránsito de Bolivia y las obligaciones internacionales de Chile.

After the presentation, Chapter II, discloses the objectives, mission, vision, values ​​and principles of the State Attorney General's Office, as well as its organizational structure; in chapter III, the activities of legal defense of the State are carried out, carried out by my person as Attorney General of the State, tasks that were divided in two parts, the first one that details the activities in the international scope and the second one in the national scope ; chapter IV, entitled "The Homeland is not sold, defends itself", describes the different activities carried out by the State Attorney General's Office, in the maritime lawsuit filed against Chile before the International Court of Justice, as well as detailing the actions taken in legal defense of the Springs of Silala, and finally the activities carried out before the World Trade Organization (WTO), for the right of free transit of Bolivia and the international obligations of Chile.
