El presente plan de negocio tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de factibilidad, desde un enfoque financiero que refleje la rentabilidad de la creación e implementación de un gimnasio en el medio acuático en la ciudad de Sucre, así también analizar el comportamiento del mercado más en concreto la población en estudio respecto de la apertura del gimnasio acuático y saber cuan atractivo puede llegar a ser una opción nueva de ejercicio para alcanzar un bienestar físico y mental mediante la instrucción de rutinas en el medio acuático.

The objective of this business plan is to carry out a feasibility study, from a financial perspective that reflects the profitability of the creation and implementation of a gymnasium in the aquatic environment in the city of Sucre, as well as to analyze the behavior of the market more specifically the population under study with respect to the opening of the aquatic gymnasium and to know how attractive can become a new exercise option to achieve physical and mental well-being through the instruction of routines in the aquatic environment.
