El presente trabajo de investigación monográfica, es importante para resolver problemas de carácter jurídico y social en la realidad del niño, niña y adolescente en estado de orfandad para precautelar la propiedad agraria en el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, siendo que se considera con una adecuada política de protección del derecho propietario al sector vulnerable mencionado, se apoyará para que estos puedan tener acceso a las tierras obtenidas mediante herencia, de manera que se constituyan en la base del acceso a la tenencia a la tierra sin restricciones, trabajándolas según sus capacidades hasta el cumplimiento de su mayoría de edad permita el resguardo de su propiedad.

This monographic research work is important for solving legal and social problems in the reality of children and adolescents in a state of orphanhood in order to protect agrarian property in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, since it is considered with an adequate policy of protection of the right to property of the vulnerable sector mentioned, will be supported so that they can have access to land obtained through inheritance, so that they become the basis for access to land tenure without restrictions, working them according to their abilities until their coming of age allows the safeguarding of their property.
