The law of December 17, 1956 and the supreme decrees No. 27466 and No. 27113 have recommended to the official gazette of Bolivia the registration and publication of all the texts promulgated and approved by the executive power, therefore the regulations published in the present edition do not replace those made by the official gazette of Bolivia
