Por consiguiente, el empleo de métodos de tecnología que vinculen a la salud y al medio ambiente es deber del Estado preservarlos, a través de políticas de gestión ambiental, en resguardo al derecho a la salud, a un medio ambiente saludable, protegido y equilibrado, justamente porque la ciencia no es capaz de predecir los riesgos y los impactos que pueden producir sobre la salud humana, y el medio ambiente. El Estado boliviano al liberar al ámbito, Organismos Modificados Genéticamente y no adoptar disposiciones claras pone en jaque a los sistemas productivos y la pregunta surge: ¿Cuál es el Plan Estratégico de la bioseguridad alimentaria en Bolivia?
