Bolivia, país en el que vivimos, cuyos analistas económicos sustentan que no se vive una crisis económica coyuntural o meramente pasajera, sino al contrario que los niveles de desempleo, los indicies de ingreso per cápita, riesgo país, entre otros indicadores macroeconómicos no muestran solamente nuestra cruda realidad económica con consecuencias sociales no de ligera importancia. En esta realidad económica y social similar a un turbulento océano existen organizaciones que pretenden remar contra la corriente por el tipo de servicio que prestan o por el segmento de mercado al cual pretenden imponerse
