<br/><br/> La presente monografía muestra una síntesis del marco legal Boliviano que sustenten nuevos lineamientos éticos que impulsen la transformación de la gestión pública en el Gobierno Autónomo de Yotala, en el cual se tomaron como referencias la Constitución Política del Estado, entre otras leyes. el objetivo básico de la investigación fue identificar, describir y analizar los valores y principios que rigen el comportamiento del servidor público en el Gobierno Autónomo de Yotala y contribuir a la mayor eficiencia del servicio público  This monograph shows a synthesis of the Bolivian legal framework that underlies new ethical guidelines that promote the transformation of public management in the Autonomous Government of Yotala, in which the Political Constitution of the State was taken as reference, among other laws. The basic objective of the research was to identify, describe and analyze the values and principles that govern the behavior of the public servant in the Autonomous Government of Yotala and contribute to the greater efficiency of the public service
