La presente investigación tiene como tema los mecanismos de control político con los que cuenta el legislador boliviano, frente a las acciones del administrador boliviano, justificándose en la necesidad de encontrar coherencia lógica con la doctrina política de la separación flexible de funciones que nuestra constitución formalmente adopta.
Por ello, en la presente tesis se analizará el status institucional y funcional actual de los mecanismos contralores legislativos y su eficiencia, para lograr tener una clara percepción de la realidad objetiva estructural del Estado boliviano. Para ello se ha logrado obtener información de fuentes primarias, para determinar el funcionamiento de estos controles, complementadas a través de opiniones de expertos en el tema. The present investigation has like subject the mechanisms of political control with which the Bolivian legislator counts, in front of the actions of the Bolivian administrator, being justified in the necessity to find logical coherence with the political doctrine of the flexible separation of functions that our constitution formally adopts .
Therefore, this thesis will analyze the current institutional and functional status of the legislative control mechanisms and their efficiency, to achieve a clear perception of the objective structural reality of the Bolivian State. For this, information has been obtained from primary sources to determine the functioning of these controls, complemented by expert opinions on the subject.
