El clima organizacional es un tema muy importante que se debe tomar en cuenta en toda institución ya que indica la posibilidad que tiene el personal de desarrollar todo su potencial y alcanzar buenos índices de productividad y satisfacción personal, aspectos que inciden decididamente en el logro y la calidad de los resultados de la entidad.
