<br/><br/> La presente investigación científica, ha sido realizada con el propósito de obtener información relevante de los pueblos indígenas originario campesino y su dominio ancestral sobre sus territorios. En este entendido, refleja la descripción del diseño metodológico en la identificación de la situación problemática, el planteamiento del problema a ser abordado, la justificación, los correspondientes objetivos tanto general como específicos, así como la solución al problema planteado a través de la formulación de la hipótesis en la cual se ha identificado las correspondientes variables y se ha operacionalizado.  The present scientific investigation has been carried out with the purpose of obtaining relevant information from the original indigenous peasant peoples and their ancestral domain over their territories. In this understanding, it reflects the description of the methodological design in the identification of the problematic situation, the approach of the problem to be addressed, the justification, the corresponding general and specific objectives, as well as the solution to the problem raised through the formulation of the hypothesis in which the corresponding variables have been identified and has been operationalized.<br/>
