El crecimiento diario de la población hace que crezcan también las necesidades de los pobladores, y esto se deriva en el incremento de la cantidad de residuos sólidos que se generan en nuestra ciudad, es así que el Gobierno autónomo Municipal de Sucre esta trabajando a través del Programa Municipal de Gestión Integral Residuos Sólidos en coordinación con la Empresa municipal de Aseo Sucre EMAS para atender y satisfacer las demandas de la población y al mismo tiempo evitar la contaminación ambiental por residuos sólidos. Es así que surge la necesidad de realizar una propuesta técnica de un sistema de recolección de residuos sólidos en el distrito 3 del Municipio de Sucre y al cual se realizará un seguimiento para evitar el incremento de botaderos clandestinos que son focos de infección y ponen en riesgo la salud de los pobladores que habitan en este distrito y así poder satisfacer las necesidades de la población. Thus, the need arises to make a technical proposal for a solid waste collection system in District 3 of the Municipality of Sucre and which will be monitored to avoid the increase of clandestine dumps that are pockets of infection and put at risk the health of the inhabitants who live in this district and thus be able to satisfy the needs of the population.
