La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar la correcta interpretación y aplicación del art. 178 de la Constitución Política del Estado, ya que contribuirá con nuestra investigación a la seguridad y protección que tienen todos los ciudadanos, el derecho de que sus autoridades jurisdiccionales sean independientes, e imparciales por lo tanto ser oídos y eventualmente juzgados sin intromisión de ninguna naturaleza ya que la función judicial es única. En tal sentido en la presente tesis, se realizó un análisis del por qué existe la injerencia, subordinación y dependencia del órgano ejecutivo y legislativo frente al órgano judicial, siendo que de manera inmediata el consejo de la magistratura debe fortalecer la independencia judicial con mecanismos de coordinación y cooperación de los demás órganos llamados por Ley. The main objective of this research is to analyze the correct interpretation and application of art. 178 of the Political Constitution of the State, since it will contribute with our investigation to the security and protection that all citizens have, the right of their jurisdictional authorities to be independent, and impartial therefore to be heard and eventually judged without interference of any nature since the judicial function is unique. In this sense in the present thesis, an analysis was made of why there is interference, subordination and dependence of the executive and legislative body in front of the judicial body, being that immediately the council of the judiciary should strengthen the judicial independence with mechanisms of coordination and cooperation of the other bodies called by Law.
