En este escenario, el presente trabajo de análisis e investigación, es un documento que no tiene precedente respecto al tema en cuestión y permite abordar la situación de la seguridad jurídica en la tenencia de la propiedad agraria en Bolivia, partiendo el análisis desde sus inicios en la reforma agraria que fue el primer momento en el que el Derecho de Propiedad sufre la primera transformación y nace el concepto de la "tierra es para quien la trabaja" como el elemento esencial que garantiza dicha tenencia. In this scenario, the present work of analysis and research, is a document that has no precedent with respect to the issue in question and allows to address the situation of legal security of tenure of agrarian property in Bolivia, starting the analysis from its beginnings in the agrarian reform that was the first moment in which Property Law undergoes the first transformation and the concept of "land is for those who work it" is born as the essential element that guarantees such tenure.
