The research focuses its scope on constitutional, doctrinal and procedural aspects of the current computation of the statute of limitations of criminal action in juvenile criminal justice, obeys a new generation constitutional logic with a vision of progressive protection of rights in terms of the rights of the minor but also of the victim.
