El tema de la presente monografía aborda el trafico jurídico de los documentos notariales de representación, introduciendo de manera investigativa la implementación de un sistema de información digital, procedimiento que permitirá la celeridad en la formación de los actos y negocios jurídicos, lastimosamente en nuestro Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, aún seguimos retrasados con uno de los fines adoptados por la Ley 483 “Ley del Notariado Plurinacional” y su reglamento D.S 2189 el mismo que infiere en su artículo 2 Parágrafo II punto 3 “Garantizar la Implementación tecnológica para un servicio integral”. The subject of this monograph deals with the legal traffic of notarial documents of representation, introducing in an investigative manner the implementation of a digital information system, procedure that will allow speed in the formation of legal acts and business, unfortunately in our Plurinational State of Bolivia, we are still delayed with one of the purposes adopted by Law 483 "Law of Plurinational Notaries" and its regulation D.S 2189 the same as inferred in its article 2 Paragraph II point 3 "Guaranteeing the technological implementation for an integral service" paragraph II point 3 "Guarantee the technological implementation for an integral service".
