<br/><br/> La bioética en Bolivia no se encuentra establecida mediante una normativa, mucho menos como una ley, y es el propósito de este trabajo el introducir e implementarla a la Constitución Política del Estado, ya que sin esta se viola el respeto al ser humano y a la dignidad de la persona en la relación existente entre médico y paciente.  Bioethics in Bolivia is not established by a regulation, much less as a law, and the purpose of this work is to introduce and implement it into the Political Constitution of the State, since without it, respect for the human being and the dignity of the person in the relationship between doctor and patient is violated.
