<br/><br/> El estudio de la efectividad de la Ley N° 348 y la eficacia de las medidas de protección, instituidas en su artículo 35, forman parte del análisis de la presente tesis, habida cuenta que los niveles de índices de violencia familiar o doméstica se han ido incrementando durante los últimos años, quedando al descubierto la necesidad de reformas inmediatas o el planteamiento de políticas públicas.  The study of the effectiveness of Law No. 348 and the effectiveness of the protection measures instituted in its Article 35 are part of the analysis of this thesis, given that the levels of indices of family or domestic violence have been increasing during the last years, revealing the need for immediate reforms or public policies.
