<br/><br/> Este estudio ha analizado el papel de la Inteligencia Emocional, la Satisfacción Vital y algunas variables sociodemográficas como el sexo, la edad, el estado civil, el número de hijos y los años de antigüedad docente, en la aparición o no del Síndrome de Burnout en el profesorado de las unidades educativas de la Arquidiócesis de Sucre.  This study has analyzed the role of Emotional Intelligence, Life Satisfaction and some sociodemographic variables such as sex, age, marital status, number of children and years of teaching seniority, in the appearance or not of Burnout Syndrome in the teaching staff of the educational units of the Archdiocese of Sucre.
