<br/><br/> La función notarial juega un papel muy importante dentro de la sociedad, pues es el Notario de fe pública el encargado de conferirle fe pública, a los actos, contratos y negocios jurídicos que han sido autorizados por él, en este sentido, es necesario que todas las actuaciones y diligencias previas y posteriores, se realicen en presencia del Notario y que exista contacto directo entre los otorgantes y el instrumento público a autorizar, de manera que pueda escuchar la voluntad de las partes, interpretarla y darle forma legal a la misma.  The notarial function plays a very important role within the society, since the Notary Public is in charge of conferring public faith to the acts, contracts and legal business that have been authorized by him, in this sense, it is necessary that all the previous and subsequent actions and diligences are carried out in the presence of the Notary Public and that there is direct contact between the grantors and the public instrument to authorize, so that he can listen to the will of the parties, interpret it and give legal form to it.
