<br/><br/> En el presente Proyecto de Grado de Especialidad se investigó lo referente al proceso de desalojo en contratos de arrendamiento del régimen de libre contratación (no vivienda), la finalidad de este tipo de contrato para el ejercicio de actividad comercial, industrial u otro análogo, su tratamiento actual en la legislación nacional frente al principio de celeridad y la importancia de la libertad contractual y la autonomía de la voluntad, denotando que al presente a pesar del tratamiento del proceso de desalojo como proceso monitorio continua siendo moroso para que el propietario (arrendador) logre recuperar la posesión del inmueble de su propiedad frente al arrendatario que entretanto puede continuar usufructuando el inmueble arrendado.  In this Specialty Degree Project we investigated the eviction process in lease contracts of the free contracting regime (not housing), the purpose of this type of contract for the exercise of commercial, industrial or other similar activity, its current treatment in the national legislation against the principle of celerity and the importance of contractual freedom and the autonomy of the will, It should be noted that at present, in spite of the treatment of the eviction process as an order for payment process, it continues to be a delay for the owner (lessor) to recover possession of the property he owns from the lessee, who in the meantime can continue to usufruct the leased property.
