<br/><br/> La justificación de un Sistema Metodológico Constitucional para las resoluciones de acciones populares, se da desde su pragmatismo, es decir que esta herramienta será una orientación eficaz para los jueces de garantías constitucionales quienes a partir de la lectura y el ejercicio de nexo de causalidad con el caso en concreto que se les presente, podrán mejorar sus resoluciones procurando una mejor resolución con una interpretación progresiva de los derechos colectivos de los agraviados.  The justification of a Constitutional Methodological System for the resolutions of popular actions, is given from its pragmatism, that is to say that this tool will be an effective orientation for the judges of constitutional guarantees who, from the reading and the exercise of the causal link with the concrete case presented to them, will be able to improve their resolutions seeking a better resolution with a progressive interpretation of the collective rights of the aggrieved parties.
