<br/><br/> A partir de la promulgación de la actual Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, en fecha 7 de febrero de 2009, se verifica la supresión textual del instituto jurídico de la expropiación de la propiedad por incumplimiento de la función social del tenor textual de nuestra norma fundamental, el cual se encontraba plasmado en el Art. 22 parágrafo II, de la anterior Constitución Política del Estado de 2004, es así que sobre la base de dicho dispositivo constitucional actualmente abrogado, se promulgó la Ley Nº 3545 modificatoria a la Ley Nº 1715, y posteriormente el Decreto Supremo Nº 29215, normas jurídicas que reglamentan la tramitación del procedimiento agrario administrativo de expropiación de la pequeña propiedad por incumplimiento de la función social, y que son anteriores a la promulgación de la Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia.  As from the promulgation of the current Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, on February 7, 2009, the textual suppression of the legal institute of expropriation of property for failure to comply with the social function of the textual tenor of our fundamental norm was verified, which was embodied in Art. 22, paragraph II, of the previous Political Constitution of the State of 2004. Thus, on the basis of said constitutional provision currently abrogated, Law No. 3545 amending Law No. 1715 was enacted, and subsequently Supreme Decree No. 29215, legal norms that regulate the processing of the administrative agrarian procedure of expropriation of small property for failure to comply with the social function, and which are prior to the enactment of the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
