<br/><br/> Currently the development of human talent is an essential aspect for the development of companies or institutions since having suitable officials of quality and warmth is the key to greater production and performance, so it is time that institutions and especially one as important as the University San Francisco Xavier should focus its actions to the development of human talent of its officials and thus renew its image and prestige to the entire society Sucrense and Bolivian, the employees are the image of any institution and their actions have an impact on positive or negative ratings but that will not directly affect the employees but the image of the institution, thus the concern to conduct this study was born.  En la actualidad el desarrollo del talento humano es un aspecto esencial para el desarrollo de las empresas o instituciones puesto que el contar con funcionarios idóneos de calidad y calidez es la clave para una mayor producción y rendimiento, por ello es momento de que las instituciones y en especial una tan importante como la Universidad San Francisco Xavier debe enfocar sus acciones al desarrollo del talento humano de sus funcionarios y renovar de esta forma su imagen y prestigio ante toda la sociedad Sucrense y boliviana, los funcionarios son la imagen de toda institución y sus acciones repercuten en calificaciones positivas o negativas pero que no afectarán directamente a los funcionarios sino a la imagen de la institución, por ello nace la inquietud de realizar el presente estudio
