<br/><br/> El presente trabajo ha sido desarrollado con la finalidad de determinar un modelo de gestión para la prevención del riesgo de Legitimación de Ganancias Ilícitas, en la adecuación a la norma vigente para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Magisterio Rural de Chuquisaca R.L., realizando una investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa a toda la documentación existente relacionada a la Legitimación de Ganancias Ilícitas Financiamiento al Terrorismo, se pudo establecer que el modelo de gestión propuesto es adecuado para desarrollar actividades de prevención de Legitimación de ganancias ilícitas, y que la implementación permite un cumplimiento adecuado a la normativa vigente emitida por la Unidad de Investigaciones Financiera.  This work has been developed with the purpose of determining a management model for the prevention of the risk of Illicit Profit Laundering, in the adaptation to the current regulations for the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Magisterio Rural de Chuquisaca R.L., by conducting a quantitative and qualitative investigation of all the existing documentation related to the Legitimization of Illicit Gains Financing of Terrorism, it was possible to establish that the proposed management model is adequate to develop activities for the prevention of illicit gain laundering, and that the implementation allows an adequate compliance with the regulations in force issued by the Financial Investigations Unit.
