El presente trabajo, facilita una solución al Gobierno Municipal de Sucre para enfrentar el reto de ser más ágil, eficiente y competitivo para destacarse y estar capacitado en la coordinación de actividades con las otras Municipalidades existentes en Bolivia. En la búsqueda de esta eficiencia y considerando el curso que ha tomado la administración moderna con el uso de tecnologías, se analiza la importancia de los procesos de contratación de bienes y servicios y se estudia el rediseño de procesos, para aplicarlos al Gobierno Municipal de Sucre The present work, facilitates a solution to the Municipal Government of Sucre to face the challenge of being more agile, efficient and competitive to stand out and be trained in the coordination of activities with the other existing Municipalities in Bolivia.
