<br/><br/> En el presente trabajo de tesis se sugiere una nueva estructura orgánica, jerárquica y funcional para el Poder Judicial de Bolivia, que permita responder con eficiencia y eficacia al encargo social, recuperando una imagen pública y pertinente de la justicia. Para lograr este objetivo ha sido necesario partir del análisis de la realidad actual. La Constitución Política del Estado (CPE) de 1994, introduce cambios importantes en la estructura del Poder Judicial y más tarde mediante leyes, se incorporan otros órganos no menos importantes  In this thesis a new organic, hierarchical and functional structure for the Judiciary of Bolivia, that can respond efficiently and effectively to the social order, restoring public and relevant image of justice is suggested. To achieve this goal it has been necessary from the analysis of the current reality.
