La presente tesis tiene como contenido la necesidad de actualizar el derecho procesal penal respecto a la reparación integral que ameritan las víctimas de delitos, todo ello conforme al art. 113.I de la Constitución Política del Estado.
En este contexto el presente trabajo busca demostrar que los abogados y jueces penales, no utilizan estándares internacionales en materia de reparación integral y la necesidad constitucional de dicho uso.
Se recurrió al método dogmático jurídico, utilizado fundamentalmente en el ámbito de la ciencia del derecho; que permite el análisis de la jurisprudencia, doctrina y normativa, relacionada a la temática de referencia The present thesis has as its content the need to update the criminal procedural law regarding the integral reparation that victims of crimes merit, all in accordance with art. 113.I of the Political Constitution of the State.
In this context, the present work seeks to demonstrate that lawyers and criminal judges do not use international standards in matters of integral reparation and the constitutional need for such use.
