La existencia de los archivos bolivianos de un documento excepcional, el diario llevado a cabo por un guerrillero de la zona de los Valles en los años 1814-1825, permite conocer cómo empezó este proceso. This book defends the thesis that guerrilla warfare, as we know it in this s. XXI, was born in the Hispanic and Hispanic American world at the beginning of the s. XIX, to spread later in the rest of the world. The existence of the Bolivian archives of an exceptional document, the newspaper carried out by a guerrilla from the area of the Valleys in the years 1814-1825, allows us to know how this process began.
