<br/><br/> En el capítulo I, en el componente del marco teórico, primordialmente se registra el proceso histórico de la inclusión de los principios y calores en las diversas reformas constitucionales; a su vez en el marco conceptual se anota las comprensiones, los significados y las caracterizaciones de los principios y valores en el contexto nacional e internacional. <br/>El capítulo II, incluye los distintos cuadros de los resultados de la indagación mediante entrevistas a la población seleccionada que fueron: funcionarios del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, los abogados del área constitucional y los litigantes en casos constitucionales, los mismos que permitieron arribar a conclusiones del diagnóstico, donde sobre sale la poca inclusión de los principios y valores en las sentencias constitucionales y la insatisfacción de los litigantes y abogados a las mismas.
