El presente documento está enmarcado en la normativa constitucional, la Ley de Participación y Control Social, y Ley de Unidades de Transparencia y Lucha contra Corrupción, que establece la obligatoriedad de las entidades públicas de generar espacios informativos, de diálogo y retroalimentación con la sociedad, sobre el cumplimiento de los deberes y obligaciones jurisdiccionales, económicas, técnicas y administrativas en el ejercicio de la labor institucional.
