La ciudad de Sucre, cuyo nombre evoca la gesta libertaria, recordando el nacimiento de la república de Bolivia; donde en sus calles y edificios nació Bolivia, donde se escribieron páginas gloriosas, es ahora una urbe que desafía al desarrollo, a la modernización; ciudad que es visitada por caminantes del mundo que buscan los espacios y los pasajes más representativos de la historia y de la cultura, que disfrutan del clima y de la hospitalidad.
Para los que habitan esta hermosa ciudad, nos regocijamos con su arquitectura; entre la nostalgia y la esperanza apostamos por mejorar las condiciones de vida, por el desarrollo y el bienestar de los ciudadanos.
Entendiendo la complejidad de la Gestión del Patrimonio Cultural, de sus múltiples vinculaciones; de la incierta apropiación de ciudadanos e instituciones, se requiere una adecuada interpretación y manejo, con la satisfacción de un deber cumplido presento a autoridades y ciudadanos de Sucre este trabajo realizado por el PRHAS.

The city of Sucre, whose name evokes the libertarian deed, remembering the birth of the republic of Bolivia; Where Bolivia was born in its streets and buildings, where glorious pages were written, it is now a city that challenges development, modernization; city ​​that is visited by walkers of the world that look for the spaces and the most representative passages of the history and the culture, that enjoy the climate and the hospitality.
For those who inhabit this beautiful city, we rejoice with its architecture; between nostalgia and hope, we are committed to improving living conditions, for the development and well-being of citizens.
Understanding the complexity of Cultural Heritage Management, of its multiple links; of the uncertain appropriation of citizens and institutions, an adequate interpretation and management is required, with the satisfaction of a duty fulfilled, I present to authorities and citizens of Sucre this work carried out by PRHAS.
