En el marco de la conmemoración del Bicentenario del Primer Grito Libertario de Indoamérica y de un aniversario más del natalicio del Libertador Simón Bolívar, la Fundación Iberoamericana de Estudios Jurídico Sociales (FIBED) y la Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar (UASB), auspician el primer encuentro Iberoamericano de escritores e investigadores que debatirán a cerca de la vida y obra del libertador.
Para este evento, presentamos varios trabajos de conocidos y meritorios intelectuales e historiadores bolivianos, que se convertirán en la base del debate y reflexión sobre el tema "El legado de Bolívar y su vigencia"
La Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar que lleva el nombre del Libertador, ha decidido editar este libro, "Visiones Bolivianas de Bolívar", cuya lectura permitirá tener una visión particular, desde Bolivia, de las cualidades morales y políticas de la fascinante figura del Libertador, cuyo deseo de libertad y de gloria es la fuerza motriz que mueve su pensamiento, la acción así como el antagonismos entre dictadura y democracia, anarquía y libertad, que es la disyuntiva que no le dará paz en su vida.

Within the framework of the commemoration of the Bicentenary of the First Libertarian Shout of Indoamerica and of one more anniversary of the birth of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, the Ibero-American Foundation for Social Legal Studies (FIBED) and the Andean Simón Bolívar University (UASB), sponsor the first meeting Ibero-American writers and researchers who will debate about the life and work of the liberator.
For this event, we present several works of well-known and meritorious Bolivian intellectuals and historians, who will become the basis of the debate and reflection on the theme "Bolivar's legacy and its validity"
The Simon Bolivar Andean University, named after the Liberator, has decided to publish this book, Bolivian Visions of Bolívar, whose reading will allow a particular vision, from Bolivia, of the moral and political qualities of the fascinating figure of the Liberator, whose desire for freedom and glory is the driving force that moves his thought, action as well as the antagonisms between dictatorship and democracy, anarchy and freedom, which is the dilemma that will not give him peace in his life.
