| dc.description | The purpose of this study was to collect and analyze the perceptions of a citizen network of health service users regarding community participation in the management of the Bolivian Dutch Hospital (HBH) and the service network, a second level center in the city of El Alto. The hospital and the service network for the first district of El Alto were awarded by the municipality and the Dutch embassy to a non-profit NGO, which emphasized the economic viability of the hospital and the fact that the health centers in the network were not included. | es_ES |
