Cultural policies are interventions that are conscious, intentional, formal, rational and strategic, carried out by public entities, such as the University of San Francisco Xavier, or from private initiative to try to influence a certain cultural system, aiming at correcting its failures, Their needs or strengthen their potential. The present work intends to reflect, to investigate, to propose cultural policies and their strategies taking into account the reality of the environment, the systems of representation, the subsystems and the operational connections

Las políticas culturales son intervenciones, conscientes, intencionadas, formales, racionales y estratégicas realizadas desde entidades públicas, como la Universidad de San Francisco Xavier, o desde la iniciativa privada para tratar de incidir sobre un determinado sistema cultural, apuntando a corregir sus fallas, compensar sus carencias o reforzar sus potencialidades. El presente trabajo pretende reflexionar, investigar, proponer políticas culturales y sus estrategias tomando en cuenta la realidad del medio, los sistemas de representación, los subsistemas y las conexiones operativas
